As sad as it is, Philips mental health struggles are not his responsibility. He has his own physical and mental health struggles it's as if Phillips family forgot MC and Philip went through the same thing so ofc MC is struggling right now, he can't be expected to put anyone else first or take care of anyone else right now when he can't even take care of himself. Also, they could have brought Philip to where MC is.. I do hope that MC doesn't blame himself, he knew the struggles and knew he was not the answer to Philips problems, he said so himself.
