Guess you didn't understand MC's POV. He was taught from childhood that family is everything, coupled with the guilt of knowing his cousin's family was separated because of him, and the uncle would always guilt trip him. Not that he liked whoring himself, his duty for his family was stronger
Yes exactly! Mabel you’re totally correct!! In addition, “whoring himself” is such a horrible thing to say. It’s made pretty clear that he felt that he had no choice in the matter, and after finishing, though the MC never knows, we as the audience find out that his uncle knew what he was going through the entire time. So chances are, if he did stop helping his cousin, his uncle COULD actually stop paying for his father’s bills and therefore we can infer that though the mc thought it was a conscious decision, in reality he never had any choice and would wind up having to suffer through prostitution anyway.

How can someone possibly sell themselves for his cousin's roles while not being threatened with anything? Im only at ch 10 but seems like his dad is cared by his uncle and the uncle doesn't know abut the shit his son does? Then why the fuck would he agree to that? I get hes grateful to his uncle but it has nothing to do with his son bitch? Just being a rag for nothing this pisses me off
