Hey I have a question, is the manwha really follows the novel? Is it true that they'll unite as a family almost at the end of the story? I badly wanna knoooow.

Yeah iirc it ends with them going out with Pete and chase meeting him, then josh tells him he's his son

The story to this point following novel, of course they shortened some of it. Like Chase's kidnapping which in the novel lasted, I think 5 to 6 chapters.

As for your second question, yes they will get their happy family in the end

Yeahh... they're pretty much following the novel as is, so I don't think they'll deviate from it now, and they do get a happy ending by the end.
