I dont think so. Based on how people talk, it looks like its always been offered way before. Thus my question. He's shaddy enough to do that. But with how he talked about it, its 50/50.
No this was a new scholarship that was created just for him. He’s gotten other scholarships but not this one
So did the sugar daddy really pulled some strings to give him scholarship? Or he really got it fair and square?
