Exactly this, toxic stories also need some taste, unfortunately all Inking can do is giving more and more rapes as an only 'angst' drive, what at some point is just... tiring... She already kinda destroyed the ending of Pearl Boy (I think I prefered the promise of season 1 when Zoy was still an author and Inking only an artist) and now this story is going downhill right since the beginning...
I get that the point is to tell a story and all but, telling stories also need some taste. And this one (the author) unfortunately lost it ever since the last season of Pearl Boy.
