Not my opinion but I agree with this

Once the best chance passes, making things right is 100 times harder. Seunghyun's best time to save Yuta was 10 years ago. Back then, Yuta had only been abused "many" times, but now it's "countless". His psychological and physical trauma is beyond imagination

Yuta once said that Seunghyun was just unlucky to cross paths with him. Clearly, he never blamed Seunghyun for failing to save him. Yuta only used revenge as an excuse to lie to himself in reality, he just wanted to see Seunghyun and have him remember him before he died

How could someone like Yuta, who managed to survive until now, possibly need anyone to save him? For ten years, he had only himself to rely on. That is why he only trusts what he has verified himself and his own plans.

I actually saw someone post this on X and thought, damn, she took the words right out of my mouth That's why I had to share it here.

Honestly, it feels like a lot of people don't understand Yuta's perspective at all. They expect him to trust Seunghyun completely and lean on him after only a month together, all because Seunghyun said some sweet things overnight. As if ten years of abandonment and abused can just be erased that easily.
