Looking for a BL manhwa

It’s an ongoing omegaverse BL. The main character is a least weasel beast-kin with brown hair that turns white during the winter, while the male lead is a black panther beast-kin, if I remember correctly.

When they were children, the ML moved to the MC’s small town and fell in love with him. However, the MC suddenly disappeared because of health issues and had to return to Seoul without being able to tell the ML why he was leaving.

Years later, the ML returns to the town in high school to search for his “first love.” He ends up meeting the MC again, but neither of them recognizes the other at first. As they grow closer and start spending time together, the MC realizes that he was the ML’s first love all along. However, he keeps his identity a secret because he’s afraid the ML will be hurt or angry that he disappeared without explanation all those years ago.
