I think some people misunderstood my point. I meant he should have FIRST ended his relationship with the girl and come clear and SECOND confessed to the guy about his feelings. He was technically cheating on her, that's how I view it. I do like BL very much but that doesn't mean to ignore morality. They hadn’t even kissed or officially gotten together until after he broke up with his girlfriend. This is what happened. 1. He realized his feelings, 2. He told Kai about his feelings, 3. They are now both aware they have feelings for each other, 4. Ren breaks up with his girlfriend the next day because he is now aware of his feelings for Kai and doesn’t want to cheat on her / play with her feelings, 5. Kai and Ren are now together.
