He is the ML. Typical ‘he only treats her well after he realizes he likes her’ bs. I I don’t know for sure if he actually cheats, but I doubt it. Because everyone knows Playboy’s magically reform themselves when meeting their incredible first love, who is the only woman they’ve ever seen as a human instead of a sex doll.
