What I was expecting to read here were about how humanity trying to keep their sanity. Inner conflict that goes beyond SEX SEX AND SEX. Is the shock value of sex that enjoyable to u author? I want more depth in how the uncrossed people saw their world. Not about an insane man that got infected with cross shaped rash on his face fucking a Chihuahua on top of a train.
I read up to chapter 50, this feels like a gore festival. No good shit around. I would've like it a bit better if the story is somewhat more deep. But here the author just put grape, mutilation, and shit for show like some shock value kinda thingy. For the plot, it's so shallow. Like when Amanda became crazy because of his PTSD. After that, the story are just monotone.
