so bottom is born of the luna family. He has been destined to be a sacrfice since he was choosen as a child (by the "god" of the luna family, aka the top). He is set to be scarficed as an adult, but the god told him as a child to bring something sweet. That is the god's glasses alter (GA for now).

In the past life of Lee, He was in love with the bottom, but was from the sol family (who looked down upon lunas and used them as surrogates). Well, Lee was gonna be with the bottom, they were "fated" or whatever. He is the leader's son and the bottom is his uncle's surrogate/victim. Lee has a crush on the bottom for YEARS and when he smells his uncle's phermones on the bottom for first time (once he understands what is happening), he ofc goes ape crazy.
The bottom is exiled from the kingdom type shii and sent back to his village. Lee don't care. He chases after him, and finds him. Lee promises to change the law and come back tor him etc. he gets hit in back of of head though, BY WHO ELSE THEN the bottom's uncle (no, not Lee's uncle, this is another uncle). And they are currently kidnapping Lee and the bottom.
Also top's god abilities are actually a curse caused from toture and giving him select gifts for "things" which is how the family has raised to the top in the modern world
I am assuming they are the ones who tortured him. He has spilt alters, each one stands for something different. The snake is egotistical & the one they sacrfice lunas to. The glasses alter is the one they made the deal with and is about control. Monster is to represent his toture of being starved, in the dark, etc, and often regresses in mental (because he was only a young adult at this point, even teenage like still). Lee Muhan is just a fragment of the previous soul, before the top was created
but yeah it basically is all just sex scenes at this point. The plot seems like it could be more interesting then regular alpha x omega stuff; but this author really focuses more on nsfw
