i decided to reread it because of the hiatus. the imoogi was punished and sent to earth by the jade emperor because he caused too much trouble in heaven. once the one he “loves” dies and turns into an orb, he can use that orb to ascend back to heaven. do you guys think our mc is going to die and his soul transforms into the orb?
i feel like as we progress, the imoogi will begin to deny his feelings for the mc in hopes that the mc won’t die OR he’ll deny the fact that the mc will eventually die & might try to find ways to prolong his life. if the author decides to take the tragic route and kills off the mc due to unnatural causes or natural causes, will the imoogi use the mc’s soul to ascend or will he be too heartbroken?? i also wonder if by that point, will our mc be aware his bride is the imoogi and will he try to console the imoogi by persuading him to use his soul to ascend?
