Does it suck to be a slave? Yes. Does that warrant her intruding on another persons marriage? No.
It would have been better that she had bettered herself without being a home wrecker. (Not excusing the ex husband tho, he was an ass for cheating.)
In all honesty, had she been the MC, she would have still been hated for breaking up a marriage. A likable story with a character like her would have needed to be the emperor helps her but they never get intimate. She makes a name for herself and breaks free of her constraints all while falling in love with a dude that ain’t married.

it's my first time reading this as an adult (but I think my frontal lobe is not yet developed lol) without any bias, Id like to say that rashta deserves better cuz she's literally at a huge disadvantage with her being slave. if she was the protagonist instead, her life in her perspective makes us realize sooner how she's on an extreme hard mode
