I agree. I grew up with 4 stepbrothers, but we were all very young when our parents married, I was less than a year old, so I could never see them as anything other than my brothers. It makes a world of difference when you're much older when this occurs, you don't have those childhood memories and thus don't really have that "sibling" bond. It's situational, and in this case you can see them differently, as a man, not a brother, because you're not blood related. Anyone who cries "incest" in this case truly needs to educate themselves in the difference.
Idk about you guys but as long as the characters are not blood related and don’t see each other as family, I’m fine with them being step-siblings. I only ever get the ick if they’re blood related idk.
