Cornell started getting weak since he couldn't sleep. Alter would get worried since he was always frowning.
Cornell almost falls down the stairs from weakness since he lacked sleep and nutrition so they called a doctor and they prescribed him sleeping pills.
Each time he was going to take a pill he would hide them under his pillow.
Cornell invites Aaron and Alter for a drink but laced the alcohol with crushed sleeping pills. Once he seduced them while drinking and the pills settled in their system, Cornell made a run for the gate, but it was locked by Aaron earlier.
Not having put enough pills in their drink, Aaron and Alter catch up to Cornell climbing the gate.
They tell him to stay, but Cornell tells them they were the ones who showed him he was mistaken that this was his home.
Aaron gets mad and says all Cornell ever thinks about is leaving, just because of some "trivial" emotion.
Cornell says he couldn't sleep all this time just because of that trivial emotion "love". And his feelings for them hasn't changed, but what about them.
Alter speaks up and says he doesn't know what he feels for Cornell, but he doesn't hate him at the very least. When Cornell was sick he'd feel concern for him, and would smile when he smiled, Cornell was the first person to tell him he liked him. But what he felt for him wasn't the same feelings he felt for his Hyung Aaron, so he's not really sure.
Aaron says he doesn't love Cornell. Cornell then asks why he was crying while saying that. Aaron says because love is a warm feeling for someone and makes you wish for that person's happiness even if they're apart from you. But Aaron would rather Cornell be unhappy as long as he stayed by his side than let Cornell be happy somewhere else, so how could any of that be called love.
Aaron tells Cornell if he really wished to believe something dirty like that would be considered love, even going so far as to make a deal with his younger brother just to achieve it.
Cornell asks what deal? Alter tells him that his Hyung Aaron asked him to cooperate in trapping Cornell here, in exchange Aaron would return Alter's feelings for him, all except have sex with him.
Cornell lets himself fall forward from the top of the gate and they catch him. He asks them why they bothered to catch him, he could've broken his legs and they could keep him trapped here like they wanted.
Aaron says he doesn't know. He doesn't know what he wants. He just wants Cornell to stay with them. If love is the reason Cornell is leaving them, he asks he please stop loving them, then he could stay.
(This part becomes so pathetic for MC)
Cornell says how could he stop loving them. He hugs them and says the reason he wanted to leave was because he was afraid of them hating him and they kept denying his feelings, and begs them from now on to love him. They hug him back and apologize.
He tells them he wanted to be told they like him while being kissed. He confesses that he was jealous of their relationship with each other.
Cornell attempts to kiss Aaron but Alter kisses Cornell first saying that he had his hole first, so he'll have his mouth first this time. But Cornell pulls in Aaron and kisses him too. He tells them not to get mad because they'll be together forever now.
They all smile and welcomes him as "Cornell Barnett". The End.

From their reactions and faces drawn, it's clear to me Alter really isn't into Cornell even here at the ending.
It's only Aaron who has some feelings for Cornell. Aaron would have that blush on his face smiling at Cornell, but Alter never would. At one point earlier, Aaron did whisper to Cornell that he loved him while he was asleep. But Alter never had such a scene for Cornell.
Alter feels concern and care for Cornell but not really emotional attraction, just physical when they have sex.
And Aaron is just using Alter to help in keeping Cornell in the mansion by making that deal, but he refuses to have sex with Alter. So it's like this:
