It's probably because the whole point of omegaverse is, you know, babies. It could also be cultural. I have found manhwa to be away less permissive about abortion than danmei. In danmei/manhuas they talk about abortion like going to the Dr to get your eyes checked
Ikr like make them abortttt, and they somehow always have to have the baby, and if it's from SA the mc somehow magically can always separate his feelings like "oh i hate the guy but that's not the baby's fault I love the baby I'll have it" and not like it'll ever make him remember the trauma, or even worse if the baby connects them and they actually end up lovers.
Like broooo write abortionnn, or giving up the baby, or if the comic has to have a baby cause omegaverse then abort and have a planned pregnancy with a normal love interest later on, and intentionally trying for a baby and not in a fetish way during a sex scene but with an actual pregnancy intention, or if it's accidental let it be still wanted in an established relationship like in omega complex how they were practically married when he gets pregnant. Or trying for a baby and having trouble conceiving. There's a million ways to add variety in plot and yet it's always a SA victim keeping a pregnancy.......
These omegaverse comics are always so prolife my god all 3 omegas (2 and ½?) had awful scenarios and the posibility of an abortion didn't cross neither of their minds. I find lk funny they never discuss abortions in these comics when in real life a woman going thru sm like this would very much at least give it some thought
