Might be a bit of a hassle, but I use an app called Mihon to download chapters on a phone. You can get a Mangago repo and then download chapters from there.

Nope, search for Mihon on google and there'll be a site where you can download the app. There's also Tachimanga, which I've heard good things about but I can't personally attest to its quality. After you download the app, you need to get repositories. Search keiyoushi extensions and download that. After that, you can get repos of a bunch of websites, including this one. Like I said, it's a bit of a hassle at the beginning, but once you're all set up, it's easy to use. Hopefully this helps, but if you have any issues, you'll probably be able to find a better guide on reddit :p
