I think the sooner people learn that greyson has antisocial personality disorder (medical term, classically known as sociopathic disorder) and probably to be in some sort of spectrum the more his actions and way of thinking makes sense. Personally I don’t think Greyson is dumb or stupid at all, but he has dysregulation in brain circuitry that doesn’t allow him to react or function like normal humans. That’s why Ashley has a hard time believing Greyson was ever capable of feeling genuine love or any sort of emotions at all.
