Korean netizens always weird. They're like this insecure person who's afraid there's another who better than them. They acted that way because they know, Thailand adaptation will be much much better. Their insecurity can never be able to accept that. Clearly, Korean adaptation didn't follow the messiness from the original story. They're afraid to bring up such toxicity in relationship. I appreciate Thailand to be bold and follow the original. In BL series, Thailand will be always better. They have many years to master it. While Japanese & Chinese now keeping up, Thai still number one for me. For Korean tho, although there are some good, but they still afraid in certain aspects and elements.
