Tbf I dont think ppl are annoyed at her personality. They are annoyed because so far, she is a static character. She doesn't learn from her mistakes even tho they put her in quite the blatant disadvantage (something that she should know), as whatever happened in the plot previously does not influence her psyche. Not only that, but she also doesnt even try thinking "maybe I should be more careful about how to say stuff) after the second time getting into trouble because of that and someone needing to save her ass before she gets executed.
I think the story is doing really well in solidifying her personality. She lacks social experience due to her odd upbringing. Thats why her brother felt so guilty. She did her best with what she had, even if it turned out a mess. The story is still early so I’ll let her mistakes pass.
