The ML has his own ways in showing his love hence he kidnapped the MC (which is questionable, but he’s really lacking big time emotionally, he loves the MC but he doesn’t know how to show it in normal terms) the MC also is very unsure about the ML’s love which is why he kept on rejecting the ML’s help and ML is just afraid that MC’s going to leave him. There will be a very short accident arc, but other than that they were able to talk it out. Nothing really happened after that just some few extras. It has a happy ending though, the novel’s also pretty short.
He goes all crazy but it's not gonna last long, we're nearning the end guys. He is redeemable so don't drop this, the bottom's also at fault at some point.
