So, I forgot the title of this BL manga but the top is a serial killer. He kidnapped the bottom, but Stockholm Syndrome happened and the bottom fell in love with him. The top and the bottom lived in the forest and top has a friend who's a cannibal and there's a spin off about the friend's story.
Some of the characters names are probably Dieter, Daiki, anna?
