without those two things, i would’ve considered this manga perfect… it’s sucks that it feels downhill now

All valid opinions, sure, but:

1. Kagurabachi is a battle shounen, which means the fight scenes are pretty much the focus of the story and also explains why the manga itself is fast-paced. Personally I like it's fast-pace because it means there's less fillers and focus on unimportant stuff, but that's just a preference.

2. Not sure how far along into the manga you are so this might be a spoiler, although based on your comment I kinda think you might not continue reading the manga anyway, but the "hyping up characters just for them to die" is true but mostly concerning only the antagonists.

3. The MC's side being weaker is honestly nothing new for shounen mangas, though? The villains are usually stronger than the MC's, and in Kagurabachi's case, it was made apparent from the earliest chapters that Chihiro is a novice to fighting and his enemies are people who have been fighting for years, some since they were children, so obviously he won't be curbstomping every single enemy he encounters. It's true that many characters, especially strong characters like Hiyuki and Shiba, are definitely a bit more sidelined during the story, but again; nothing new for shounens.

Finished reading it, but the mc's side haven't realy achieved something called "winning" for 120 chapters

How is shutting down two illegal criminal organisations and retrieving two weapons of mass destruction not considered "winning?" Like OK, they didn't manage to stop the main villain but the dude is a literal genocider 3000 who has the strongest nuke in his possession and is the strongest person currently, like no shit they didn’t manage to "win" against him. Just stick to reading BLs bruh, obviously this manga isn't for you and that's fine.

This doesn't have something to do with e reading bL there's so many shounen manga that isn't this letdown. Was reading this cause people are hyping up sine it will an anime soon. But nah, this isn't it. Yomi no tsugai has shorter chapter but more intriguing storyline than this.

They also didn’t actually get married. They faked a marriage by relying on the procession of gifts and a party so everyone would gossip and assume it was a wedding. However imo if it looks like a marriage and talks like a marriage… their relationship isn’t like that but he’s always referring to the princess as his wife, and ppl listening can’t hear the quotes around the word lol. But anyway the baby isn’t his and neither is the princess
