Yea coming from a conservative, religious country, it sucks to know that a huge chunk of my life i'll be having to hiding a big part of myself to practically everyone. But we have to look on the bright sides of our lives and find community among other people like us.

Fuck, this one lowkey hurt lmao. I guess it made me realize how I’ll never fully be my true self when it comes to my immigrant, and religious family either. It makes us feel two faced and lie for our own safety, but it puts us in a box because we’re afraid they’ll stop loving us for good.
