I think they made it quite obvious that this is an omegaverse.
idk i honestly home it isn't as straight forward as that, sure while theres implications (while this isn't definitive there has been studies on if humans have pheromones or not or the physiological response to someone they deem attractive eg not smelling their sweet / thinking it smells sweet) it isn't like cut and dry while it would be an interesting take on the omegaverse but i feel him being intersex would be 10xxx more interesting to read (just my personal opinion)
i feel like he is just going to be intersex, external male organs and internal female reproductive system if i had so say anything but it's no way omegaverse ..
