Please try to understand that it wasn’t that long ago that Chase was acting violent and unpredictable around Josh (like, do you not remember him shooting at paparazzi and then pistol whipping Josh?). Everyone knows he has mental health issues and that he’s rude and aggressive (to anyone who isn’t Josh). Also Josh never intended to stick around (still kinda doesn’t) in the first place. It’s not surprising that he’d be hesitant to reveal and introduce his small child to Chase and by extension, Chase’s crazy world
