FR I feel like I only got educated about the story more deeply was because I live in America and it « affected » us but since it wasn’t world wide a lot of people aren’t educated
yeah i am indian and we literally had HUGE ASS CHAPTERS dedicated to n-zi germany, french and russian revolution.. not a single word about american history tho, the only reason i am sort of educated about this is because i was chronically online during the BLM movement and went on a deepdive on this matter
Exactly the same goes for other country other than France, England and Canada that aren’t educated on how colonizers also took the territory of natives nations and separated families to convict native people to Christianity, It’s devastating to see how poorly or not at all people get educated on important topics that didn’t impact them but
