cause what stopped the memory loss. he was waiting someone who will love him and spent the lifetime with him. and only that week mc confessed his love that's stopped the memory loss. and yes sister loved him and that is twisted just like the mc's love. she wanted lifetime companion who will be there always and be healthy. and ml wanted lifetime love who will never leave him and be with him unconditionally. mc's love is pure like that. he really loved but it became twisted cause when accident happen sister left and he is the only one mc can depend. so it's fitting end for me.
ok guys don‘t get me wrong I love reading BL and I never read straight manhwas BUT i truly thing he should have ended up w the sister again…yes she left him but main dude didnt even love the brother. it was just a feeling of guilt bcs he ‚kinda‘ supported him during his recovery thats why he‘s thankful but he doesnt love him back.
