Same. I don’t know what he calls him in Korean but “boy” is probably a very literal translation of it. In the Korean linguistic context it probably has a more affectionate connotation.
I believe the ML calls him "강아지" which literally means "Puppy" and tbh it sounds so cute as an endearment. I don't know why the fuck Lezhin chose to use "Boy"
