It actually depends on with country you are in. For most countries, people dont need vpn to access this site. Like when I was in Japan, I couldn't access mangago. I used a vpn back then and it was one with dedicated IP I.e. to really access this site freely, you need to buy a good vpn. I use Express. Nord is a cheaper alt.

For phone I use either ProtonVpn or rethinkVpn. Both are free and don't need to pay

same i use ecosia and for most cases it doesn't have pop ups when i use other websites which is really nice too
