Assumed she hated Espers and guides because her husband, an Esper, cheated on her with his Guide. Even made their son see his affair
Going so far has to do human experiments just to take them over
Then we learn more about her and she's just the devil. When her husband found his guide, she called the guide his personal sex toy. So i assumed she finds the whole dependence on guides disgusting especially since sex is the most effective form of guiding.
Then we find out, this whole time, that the bitch was a guide that could manipulate minds that how she was able to marry her husband. And SHE HAD BEEN BENEFITING FROM HER POWER THE WHOLE TIME.
So i think she just finds guiding disgusting
Also after seeing their entire marriage, i understand why her husband cheated because you'd think they were just roommates that agreed to surrogate a child and with her pride, she'd rather kill them(which she did) than let a divorce dirty her image
