im glad yoh is making good progress in his relationship but if i were his editor I'd have the same frustrations

like, everyone keep telling him to change genre, and it does really seem like he just chose to be an ero manga artist bc it's "easier" and "sells well" rather than a real passion for it. well we'll probably get a backstory but just saying, that editor is kinda relatable

I agree as well. No matter how workers seem on the surface of jobs, they can still be professional and know what they’re doing (even tho many don’t). I would have gotten him to just either compromise switch it up from time to time, or entirely give it up. It’s NEVER easy on either side! That’s why I also don’t complain on the short stories, other than the fact I rue it when they are. But if the artists needa get their coin in and wanna hit deadlines okay then I’ma let em cook!

i think the problem is MC ain't even cooking makes me wonder what's the time period of the setting is supposed to be, bc i think a lot of ero mangaka nowadays start out as indie first, and get popular from twitter then fanbox/pixiv haha
