I think it's a small victory if they made a popular creator stop, think about what they want to convey with their story and realize that's not gonna work. And instead of giving false arguments and being confrontational, like many many many other ones that gives a shit and argue with fans, just cancelled. They can do it again with better research, drop it or create something new.

But real activism and activist mostly care but the agenda doesn't stop in one topic alone and it's important that people realize it and not say 'it's just fiction'. Yeah, but real life is the inspiration for fiction and their connected. Especially in historical settings unless is clearly stated that it's very loosely based in real life events which gives them like a 'free pass'.
