With what we know so far(in case you haven't read the novel), the story could definitely come across as a little incestuous. I won't go into spoilers, but technically it isn't incest. Kanna never had a real sibling or parent-child relationship with her family, so even from that perspective, it doesn't really count as such. That being said, no one is prepared for the insane amount of plot twists this story throws at you...

No. It’s not. SPOILER **** Kanna is not related to the Duke or Duke’s family at all. They don’t share any blood and are not related. I read the novel and she does end up sleeping with them but also, she never held any familial relationship towards anyone.
