So there's this shonen ai manga. I think the seme (black hair) was in love with the uke, who kind of looked like his fav game character when he cross dressed? The uke was in an otaku club (or something) with three of his friends (one had a mole on his nose and the other was fat). It was kinda comedy and slow burn with the seme chasing the uke.
