I really don't know but I resent this whole thing teach is doing. I know it's for his humanity, empathy and stuff, but your "empathy" won't get you anywhere, okay maybe empathy can be helpful at times, but all of them are strangers in an apocalyptic world. In movies or literally just the fcking Covid last time, those fcking people on heavily quarantined area still insisting on going home to fcking infect their families. I understand that he resent Guwon because he MIGHT be the one who killed teach's father and Guwon's lack of empathy but is there a rule there that you can't leave or something? We actually don't know why Guwon's killing those people, does he have something to know weather they're infected or not(shout out Arbiter of Little mushroom, I miss you). I hate how trusting teach is when he can't even actually trust himself.
