I’m guessing you mean the first story. It’s a crossover with the movie inception. If you’ve never watched inception, the premise is lucid dreamers essentially invading other people’s dreams to perform a heist, by planting an idea into their target’s subconscious.
The mc(saheon)’s goal was to plant an idea into the ml(soleum)’s subconscious. He made a contract with some people who wanted to destroy soleum’s dad’s company. Soleum is about to inherit it, due to his dad’s bad health. So, they wanted to implant the idea of him destroying the company with his own hands once he inherits it.
The scene where saheon has both his eyes is a flashback scene of the first time they tried to implant the idea into Soleum’s subconscious. They miscalculated how guarded soleum’s subconsious was, and most of them died during the process and fell into limbo. Saheon ended up saving both him and soleum in that situation, and they did wake up again. However, saheon kind of forgot what he did. His eye was taken because he failed that first operation. He then makes the contract to redo the operation but getting closer to Soleum, and if he fails, they’ll take his other eye.(the eye taking was because saheon also loses an eye in the original story the characters are from)
Later on, when Saheon realizes something is wrong, he finally remembers what actually happened in the first operation. That’s when it’s revealed that soleum is also a lucid dreamer and had been trapped in limbo before, so he had known Saheon’s plan all along. However, he fell for Saheon during the first operation so he didn’t do anything and he then convinces Saheon to stay with him instead. Because he will be his home, since they love each other. It’s also confirmed at the very end that Soleum had taken care of Saheon’s boss, so he won’t be coming to collect that eye he’s owed for the failed mission lol.
The story after that is an unrelated fanfic with a different ship. It features soleum, who’s the mc of the original work, as well as another character form that series. It is unrelated to the first story, as well as the movie inceptions the reason soleum dies and then comes back is due to plot reasons from the original story. The fic is mostly about the other character’s emotions and love for soleum during that part of the original story.

Please be aware that this is absolutely a doujin (fan comic) and it's nothing like the real story. The actual story is more of a horror story, literally. The manhwa is still not far in progress, though the novel is already translated in Webnovel, up to the end of Part Two if I'm not mistaken.
I haven't read the novel, though it'll be funny if the two characters in the doujin has that kinda relationship.
It was a good read but can someone please like tell me why the goal of mc was related to Ml ? And how is he confirmed dead in ch 2 was is alive? How did the mc other eye regenerate? Like every thing the mc boss what was he saying?
