May the assassination succeed
2 attempt. Both fail. ML know dam trying to have him killed but he pretended not to know to keep him by his side. Now dam is working with the rebel to have him overthrown and killed.
My heart broke to pieces for dam.... He sacrifice himself to enter the palace to become a eunch for his family. His only family left; younger brother misunderstood him. He thought dam abandon them; him and his dying mother to ran away. They depend on Dam for a survival. Little did he know what Dam has gone through and was running away from the monster. His brother now had a better life, given a new identity and a chance to study by the crown prince. The brother sees the crown prince as the benefactor. Btw, the brother did not know ML is the crown prince. The brother told dam he was ashamed of him and blamed him for running away. Asked him not to come find him again which will put him at risk of exposing his lowborn origin. My heart ache for Dam.. poor dam.... Even after the brother cruelty towards him, Dam still worry endlessly about him. Dam should be worried about himself. He was badly abused in the past and is deeply traumatized.
Our Dam now is trying to get ML assassinated. He want to free himself from his tormentor.
