Kinda hard to say, because he's always going to new worlds but at the same time, his "husband"/ML is always Reincarnated as a character and he makes sure to hook him up as a fish. Whenever MC gets into s new world, the first thing he does is look for his hubby.

i think yes cause seeing as 1 one of the arcs the mc stayed until he died of olds age with the ml and 2 the ml is always the same guy but with a different name

It was explained in one episode that the reason he's into ML was because he looks like the doctor who took care of him in his original life or something when he's sick and staying in the hospital. His system even mentioned what if ML was that doctor too.
Though he just kinda dismissed it.
