The setup was great, but the execution felt increasingly unreasonable as the chapters went on. It feels less like a love story and more like a frustration-inducing power struggle.
I skipped so much of the political intrigue and I'm glad I did because it got cleaned up with a fade to black so I never needed to remember any of it anyway
