While this being a valid reason to terminate it is just crazy… they practically coerced him into the sex as cute thing and now he can’t deal with the consequences as he pleases ?? Make it make sense
That’s what i was thinking, I have never seen an abortion in a manhwa, even when the people pregnant are in the worst circumstances possible. It’s like a propaganda to up the birth rates or something.
I mean considering that places like SK and Japan ARE declining in birthrates, with a broadening gap between number of children and elders……………. What did you expect? These authors are not living in Western countries and have completely different laws and priorities XD Do we always agree with them? No… but we do still have to respect that
Just checked abortion rates in Korea and the data ranges from being on average the same as the western countries to being higher than the west, so I guess their stance on abortions isn’t that different.
And yes, SK and JP are definitely trying to up their birthrates, which is totaly understandable and young people may be scared about their futures if the rates don’t increase. But I think if these manhwa authors really wanted to show people having babies/being parents in a positive light why give the pregnant people/parents such bad circumstances? That’s not encouraging at all and these babies are almost always an accident/not planned at all, sometimes growing up in poverty (if the rich dad is currently not in the picture). I was simply just wondering why is there never ever a termination of the the pregnancy in manhwas.
One thing about omegaverse or mpreg bl is that whenever abortion is mentioned, it will never happened smh
