considering the babies are sold (iirc that MC and ML bid for the beast babies when MC finally revealed how he is), im guessing that's the fate of the kid?

but also considering we have never seen half human half beasts in the manga yet, im guessing they don't live to adulthood

So technically yes, because Andrim and Jorga won the bet on which beast would live and mate, the "pups" born from the mates would go to Jorga. However, Andrim and Jorga make a deal with the circus master to take care of all the "pups" in exchange for making sure Nasha's kid never learns the truth or returns to the capital. Andrim also mentions that they will pay to ensure the child is taken care of and won't suffer more hardship. The servants are sworn into silence and they publicly announce the baby was a stillborn, sneaking the child out with the circus master. They don't mention what happens to the child after however.

does the novel go into more detail with how beast kids are treated?

Not really. The circus master promises to care for the pups but they will still work and travel with the circus. I think it's implied that they won't have a bad life but nothing is guaranteed because the circus does cover for and take part in human trafficking.
