I do wonder where they were going with the story though. All i knew was mc was depressed and he let go all of his slaves but there was one that had kinda of an attitude with him which is the ml. So maybe the plot was that the former slave ml would choose to stay with him anyways and help him (sexually too) or something like that, probably a slow burn story kinda thing
