I know it ends sweet and they are all good and they are so cute now but I keep thinking that in an alternate universe Clauden died with the beating, none of the villagers saw or they couldn’t help him in time and later on breakfast table they hear the news and Luan just thinks “good now this will be a lesson for them for playing with my feelings” when Hedric says did you meet him? Did you see clauden? I sent him back he still has the letters and the brooch and Luan is stuck then. We do the flashback and everything but this time he is really dead and there’s no turning back. His family is in the other town, they had no idea their son died. And the villagers scared of what to do just bury him somewhere random with a nameless headstone.
