girl my dad stop smoking one time because he wanna change and after a few months he was diagnosed with throat cancer and he died but it was like 8 yrs ago im not tryna scare u but there's like possibility and these type of cases is actually really common i wish u well in ur recovery

Did anyone else take a break from smoking for a long time and then relapse? I smoked for more than a year, then stopped for a month. I started again and now it HURTS. I used to be able to chain like crazy now one hit HURTS
