i think its from some kind of surgery, probably heart (but i could be wrong)
yup you're right, in ch 5 his mom says something like his heart was "ripped out" so maybe he had a heart transplant?
thank you for the answers! the mc gave me so much secondhand embarrassment in ch 1, but i was dying of curiosity about the scar
mostly letting it marinate for now and skipped ahead to latest chap, but im curious, is there a reason MC has a scar on his chest? or it's not yet explained?
