I like that the answer was in him all along, that he had the power to go against what life threw at him if he'd just find peace in himself, but at the same time it feels like it was resolved so quickly? I know they don't have much time but... I guess I expected something less magical looking. So far Berserk had been pretty good at treating human emotions and trauma as, well, what they are, without adding magic in how the emotions are felt, and this feels out of place somehow. Maybe I would find it more believable if he had been there longer? Idk how to feel.
