Yes this is the birth phase. Apparently Shuraka and Tei will do something that will disrupt the hollow flow. They probably will stop worshipping Natam as a result the hollow flow will be scarced not enough to maket the egg/world mature for it to hatch that’s why in the second story the world is already coming to an end. Agrish explained because the egg failed to hatch he and his brothers decided to leave that world but their brother Saksha loves that world too much or rather the human he fell in love with then so he married that human and had babies with that human/I’m assuming this is a man so probably the Mpreg will start at this point. But the world is still doomed to end so in order to protect the human and his children he sacrificed himself to nuorished the world so it won’t collapsed.
