What chapter are you on, cause if it chapter 32 I low-key don't see it
I went to look bc of these comments and in one of the last panels after he takes a drink, I guess he goes to the bathroom to vomit, on the floor you can see a strip of photos like from a photobooth and is Mokyeon and a dark hair man probably Nanjo but is not clear enough to tell.
If you look around the panel where mok-yeon goes to the bathroom, you can zoom in to see 4 pictures of him and possibly nanjo (?) at the bottom left!

I low-key think it's due to excessive drinking of alcohol, self starvation, bad diet & not eating healthy food (I'm js pointing out the obvious I'm crone ). Seeing how depressed he is, maybe he's also been having multiple nightmares about his past. I'm still not sure on what triggered it to happen..
