No that is not AI, it's just a 3D model, I work at a manhwa studio and we often use 3D assets like that
I know a lot of manhwa use 3D assets, but if you zoom in on the door, almost all of the details look odd and irregular. I can't even tell what shape those blue things on the door are supposed to be.
The random use of AI really threw me off like I don't think it is that hard to draw a door you know
